Being neurodivergent means having a distinctly different brain and is often associated with autism, dyslexia and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). These differences may manifest in how people socialise, approach tasks, interact with colleagues, perceive time or formulate ideas. These unique qualities and insights are an asset to companies and businesses and further enhanced by inclusive workplace practices.

Our unique approach is first to understand the needs of the people within the organisation through the people of the organisation. Having completed multi-level needs analysis, we work with all levels of the organisation on strategic goals that meet objectives and progress towards inclusion and productivity.
